Created by merging the playful concept of a pool-noodle prototype with the organic curves of Ridl, Flow emerged as a jigger that harmonizes creativity and precision. This thoughtful blend of ideas brought Flow to life, making it a distinctive and functional addition to your bar collection.
What sets ridl apart from conventional bottle openers is its innovative downward action. Unlike traditional openers that require an upwards motion, ridl offers a more ergonomic and effortless opening experience. The user simply places ridl over their bottle cap, presses down, and with a smooth, fluid motion, the bottle cap is removed.
The design process for Settle was driven by our fascination with movement. We explored ways to translate that sense of fluidity into a form that was both functional and graceful. One of our first ideas was to capture these curves through the top profile, experimenting with edges that transitioned from thick to thin, providing the piece with an evolving shape that feels almost alive.
